Holiday Rentals

As you explore the Sensol Golf Villa Rentals you'll see that many villas are often much cheaper than prices of hotels of the same quality standard. Villa rentals offer more privacy, more comfort, and more freedom than hotel rooms. Your villa also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, making a Spanish vacation rental an economical choice. When two or more people are travelling, a rental is usually considerably less expensive than staying in hotel rooms and eating all of your meals out. When you factor in all the benefits and amenities of a private villa, you'll quickly realize that villas offer superb value. (Remember to compare rates per room/ per night).
Our rates are for the entire villa.
All prices quoted are in Euros.

Even if you have pre-booked a taxi transfer you should bring these directions with you as the taxi driver may not be familiar with the villa and will require your assistance in locating it.

Please refer to the advertising for each individual villa. Apart from local Spanish channels all UK TV is from Satalite service. The safety standards and regulations in operation in Spain may not reach the same level as those we enjoy in the U.K. The monitoring, enforcement and compliance with these local regulations is a matter for the authorities of that country and the foreign supplier of the services concerned. The general standards of safety and hygiene, fire precautions etc, will generally be lower than in the U.K. Liability insurance requirements vary considerably from country to country, as does the responsibility placed on an organisation by local law. Please therefore take all precautions to protect yourself and your family whilst on holiday.

Long Term Lets

A long term let can run from a minimum of two months to a number of years.
Once you have found a villa that you like then an agreement is drawn up between yourselves and Sensol Golf Villa Rentals (The Agent). This agreement is not for a fixed period but is reviewed every 11 months and gives the tenant and the Agent the opportunity to give two months notice at any time. Once the agreement is signed the tenant will need to pay the equivilant of one months rent to the Agent, to be held as a bond, and one months rent in advance. The rents is then paid every month after that payment date until the tenant vacates the villa. Our accommodation is made available for letting on the understanding that the property will be left clean and tidy at the time of leaving and all personal waste removed from the property. The tenant will be held responsible for any damage or breakages to the property during their stay and charge for this will be made from the retained bond before it is returned to the tenant.
All water, electricity and gas usuage is payable by the tenant but because of the complexities of changing names and contracts with the Spanish water and electricity companies the bills always remain in the name of the villa owner. The agent provides copies of these bills when due to the tenant and they are required to pay them to the agent within 3 working days. When the tenant enters the property all utility meter readings are taken and recorded in agreement with the tenant. A similar process takes place when the tenant leaves the property and the amount outstanding is also deducted from the bond before return to the tenant.
The responsibilities for all parties are fully laid out within the tenancy agreement. As a rule of thumb the tenant on entering should expect a fully servicable property. Thereafter during occupancy allowing for fair wear and tear the tenant should maintain the property in a clean and servicable fashion ensuring that they report any faults to the Agent as soon as they appear.
