Booking Terms and Conditions

Sensol Golf Villa Rentals are acting for and on behalf of all the villa owners, and as such, the contract is with the relevant owner of the holiday villa.

We do not have the responsibility to compensate for whatever nature suffered by the said hirer. We have inspected all properties advertised and endeavour to maintain a very high standard of villa rental, however, on occasion items do break, or require maintenance, and from time to time you may encounter one of our maintenance team during your stay.

Should you have a swimming pool at your villa you may encounter our pool attendants, however, we do ask them to maintain the swimming pool as early as possible in the morning, so you are able to enjoy the swimming pool and privacy, without disruption to your holiday.

All of the Villas are NON SMOKING. We would ask you kindly to respect this, ashtrays can usually be found outside on the terrace areas.

The Head of Party accepts responsibility for all guests during the rental period you have booked, and we kindly ask you to respect the neighbours and neighbourhood around the villa as the villas are on a Residential Area.

Guests named on the booking form are the only persons who are permitted to stay in the villa booked. Failure to adhere to this booking term will lead to immediate termination of the said booking. All booking rights are waived.

Check In/Check Out

The villa will be available from 4pm on your date of arrival, and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure. Villa will be checked and refund of security deposit handed back to you in full if no damage/loss of keys have taken place during your stay.

Responsibilites of Head of Party/Guests

Guests must treat the property, furniture, fittings, utensils, facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported directly to the villa manager. The head of party must make good or pay for any loss/damage/breakages. We reserve the right to withhold monies from the security deposit to cover the costs. Please respect the villa at all times.

Safety

Please familiarise your party with the villa and its layout on arrival, identify potential hazards, ie steps. Please note the tiles in many villas DO BECOME SLIPPERY WHEN WET, please take care when inside & outside of the villa, if your feet are wet.

Children must be supervised in the pool are by an Adult at all times.

Please refrain from taking glasses, crockery, into the swimming pool and the surrounding area.

Cleaning

The villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival, and after your departure. During the villa check out procedure if the villa is found to require extensive cleaning, we reserve the right to withhold monies from the security deposit in addition to the final cleaning charge prepaid on booking the villa.

Passports

It is your responsibility to ensure you travel with an up to date passport, you and your guests need a minimum of 6 months on any current passport to be able to enter Spain. Last minute cancellation due to lack of permit to travel will lead to loss of booking deposit, holiday, so please ensure the whole party is able to travel.

Holiday Insurance

It is strongly advised you take out holiday insurance, to cover accidents, illness, damages.

The health system is very good here, by being insured does make it easier for your whole party to be treated promptly, should the need arise.
